CaVCA’s very own music space, Studio 3, has taken massive strides towards catering for a larger demographic of users.

Thanks to the generosity of the local community Studio 3 has received two acoustic drumkits, two electronic keyboards and a powerful PA system.

This equipment has enabled us to offer “loud” rehearsals for local musicians as well as the “silent” sessions that the project began with.

These sessions are being booked up at a rapid pace by local bands and musicians as they join us on a weekly basis to refine their art.

Studio 3 has also joined forces with “The Sound of Scarborough”. This local initiative aim to help promote and celebrate the original talent grown within the town of Scarborough.

We’ve very excited to work with this project and are looking forward to seeing where it takes us.

CaVCA’s Studio 3 is a fantastic facility for the area and continues to grow week after week, the project currently caters for over 30 bands and is in regular use by over 100 musicians on a weekly basis.
