Next up we have David Robinson

David is a very thought-provoking speaker and begins by delivering a series of short stories, each one offering a different insight into relationships, what happens when they work and the consequences of what happens when they don't.

He explains that "in a world of transactions, it is very easy to lose relationships."

David goes on to describe how a school playground where benches are provided for parents to converse with one another is a far better social design than just having a gate with "no parents beyond this point"

He asks us to "imagine a place where relationships run through everything we do" and what changes could we make to provide casual meeting places for relationships and conversation to thrive.

You can see that David's words have had an impact, looking round there are a lot of thoughtful looking faces in the Bristol Suite!
