Our final speaker of the day is Paul Streets of the Lloyds Bank Foundation.

Their call to action is for local authorities to recognise the power of keeping it local, for central government to fix the issues of funding and to give charities a voice to "shout about the great work they do"

Paul explains how small charities work well because of the services they provide. He describes them as "The glue in society" and "The first responders"

By being flexible and establishing trust they achieve several small wins that reduce demand.
