People and places matter, is much more than a soundbite or a hashtag, it’s the reason CaVCA do what we do. As a not for profit organisation ourselves, we know that when people and places are kept at the centre, the stuff that matters gets done, and people and communities are helped.

With this approach, when we provide support to not for profit organisations our staff team are able to easily identify with who you are and what you are trying to achieve, and make sure the support we provide is what you need. This input could be;

  • Community audit / research
  • Project planning
  • Funding strategy
  • Theory of Change and Impact Management
  • Investment readiness
  • Business planning
  • Succession planning
  • Governance
  • Crisis management

..or something else. Why not contact us, and find out how we can help you.

Our recent projects include:

  • Pre-merger feasibility for Bradford CVS, Shipley and Bingley Voluntary Services and Keighley and Ilkley Voluntary and Community Action, leading to the formation of Community Action Bradford and District
  • Two investment readiness reports on applicants to a local charitable trust, on behalf of the funder. Both resulted in significant donations to the organisations.
  • Succession planning workshops and development plan with Scarborough and Ryedale Carers’ Resource
  • Developing a Theory of Change with Advocacy Alliance
  • Funding strategy with the Wesley Centre, Malton (Saville Street Methodist Church)
